The result is a unique and well build frame with upholstery that will last another lifetime.

This chair has been stripped back to the frame and rebuilt with individually hand lashed springs, horsehair stuffing and linen scrim cloth. and is dressed in a stunning combination of Ralph Lauren Terranea Zebra Java and Linwood Saddle, a 70% Leather composite fabric, giving the appearance of a rich leather. Finished in the deconstructed style.

This Victorian chair has been stripped back to its frame and reupholstered using all traditional natural materials and methods - using hessian, tacks, twine, horsehair and cotton felt stuffings, individually lashed coil springs and finished with a 100% duck down seat cushion. The bones of the chair are left exposed with the traditional stitching on show. The top fabric is a ticking stripe by Ian Mankin in the vintage peony colourway.

A beautiful example of a French Napoleon Chair that has been stripped back to its frame and rebuilt using all traditional and natural materials. The seat is an individually lashed coil sprung seat with handstitched coir and horsehair stuffing. the back and arms are horsehair and hessian with hand stitched edges. The underwork is left exposed to show the workmanship of the traditional craft of upholstery which is at the same time extremely asthetically pleasing.
